Request Separate Evidence for Zipper Strength and Repeated Opening
Before ordering a zipper cooler bag, ask what the available evidence actually covers. Strength of a named component and performance during repeated opening are different questions; neither is answered by simply seeing the sample close.

Separate the questions in the evidence request
Request separate evidence for the strength of the proposed closure and its operation under the intended repeated-opening pattern. Identify whether each record concerns the zipper component or the finished bag. Leave the method, conditions and acceptance criteria for the actual sample to the responsible supplier or testing team.
| Scope | Identify | Ask the responsible supplier or test team |
|---|---|---|
| Component strength | Chain, slider, stops; actual component revision | Which strength items and report references? What remains untested? |
| Repeated opening | Tested closure and operating path | Agreed cycles, loading, conditions and acceptance basis; no assumed lifetime |
| Finished-bag assembly | Zipper installation, corners and sewn attachment; bag sample revision | Does the evidence cover this installed arrangement and intended loading? |
Match the evidence to the top-opening pizza bag
YUANEN’s current pizza-bag proposal is low and wide, with a top-opening lid, body-mounted handles, nonwoven exterior and aluminum foil interior. Identify the offered zipper and how it is sewn around that opening. A result for an isolated straight zipper does not by itself describe the bag’s corners, attachment seams or loaded closure.
Have the responsible supplier or qualified testing team define relevant conditions and acceptance criteria for the actual sample. Record unsupported items as pending. A component change or altered sewing arrangement needs an explicit decision on whether the earlier evidence still applies. Do not invent cycle counts or treat a reported count as a guaranteed number of deliveries.
Agree the next sample decision
Send YUANEN the bag reference, intended opening pattern, loading description and evidence request. Confirm the component and assembly revision before accepting the sample. Strength and opening evidence do not establish waterproofing or thermal duration. This guide is not a destructive test, repair or lubrication procedure; the empty-bag cover depicts a proposed closure, not a tested rating.
