Approve What the Packaging QR Code Opens
A phone recognizing a QR code is only the start of the check. Before approving artwork for a bag, decide exactly which page the buyer or recipient should reach, in which language, and what they should be able to do there. Keep that destination decision with the particular code file and artwork revision.

Read the address, then inspect the final page
Record the exact encoded address separately from the final page reached after any redirect. Open it on a phone as the intended recipient would, without relying on your staff login. Check the domain, page identity, language and promised action. A page that loads successfully can still show the wrong bag, an old document or an enquiry for another product.
On this site, English, Chinese and Spanish product/contact pages have separate language routes. Product enquiry links also carry the bag selection. If you choose such a link for a printed code, review both the language route and the selected bag in the actual form. A general contact page and a product-specific enquiry may both open correctly while serving different purposes. Do not put private customer information into the public address.
Keep a destination release record
Before handing over the artwork, have the responsible parties resolve these items together. The record documents the decision; it is not proof that printing or barcode verification has passed.
| Record | Decision |
|---|---|
| Asset and artwork | Exact filenames/revisions; approved encoded address |
| Expected page | Final page, language, product and intended action |
| Responsibility | Destination owner, change plan and dated review result |
Recheck the old printed code when the website changes
Assign an owner for the domain, destination content and any redirect service. Agree what happens when a campaign ends, a document is replaced or a service subscription stops. If the encoded address changes, supply a new identified code asset and repeat the affected artwork approval. Changing text beside a code does not change the address inside it.
Check physical placement and printed readability separately on the agreed bag construction. This guide addresses an informational web destination; it does not establish retail checkout acceptance, a GS1 implementation, legal compliance or traceability. YUANEN does not promise hosting or QR-code services here. Printing scope, layout and sample/verification requirements need confirmation for the order.
