Confirm Printed Water-Fill Pack Quantities for Each Design
A total order quantity can hide a shortfall for an individual printed design. For YUANEN’s current water-fill packs, the published minimums distinguish stock packs at 100 pieces per specification from custom printing at 100,000 pieces per design. Build the quantity plan by design before treating the total as an order that can proceed.

Give each size and artwork revision its own line
Select an existing catalogue size and identify the exact artwork file and revision. This product’s customization changes printing only; dimensions cannot be changed. Record the requested number of packs against that combination, rather than putting all sizes and designs in one quantity cell.
Ask YUANEN to confirm in writing how the per-design minimum applies if the same artwork is requested on more than one size, or if wording or a QR code changes. The catalogue does not authorize pooling different designs or specifications. Keep each line pending until its order method and minimum are confirmed.
Use a design-level quantity matrix
For illustration only, two different designs requesting 60,000 packs each total 120,000 packs. Each line is still below the published 100,000-per-design minimum. The combined total does not establish acceptance. This arithmetic example is not a quotation or an offer to reduce the minimum.
| Field | What to record | Written confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Pack specification | Existing size and product reference | Selected specification is available for the requested method |
| Artwork identity | File, revision and changes from other lines | Which lines count as separate designs |
| Requested quantity | Pack count for this size and design | Applicable minimum and whether this line qualifies |
| Order method | Stock or custom multicolour printing | Stock availability or accepted printed-order scope |
Keep sample evidence separate from artwork approval
The current page states that digitally printed custom physical samples are not available for these packs. Stock plain or finished samples can be purchased at the quoted price. Identify what the stock sample represents and which features still depend on the requested printing order. An approved electronic artwork file is not approval of a custom printed physical sample.
Confirm the complete order after the quantity check
Send the matrix, selected sample reference, destination and requested delivery plan with the enquiry. Ask for a separate answer for every unresolved line. Meeting a quantity minimum does not reserve inventory, a production slot or freight. Confirm the accepted artwork, order scope, charges, schedule and delivery terms in the written quotation.
Quantity and artwork approval establish order details, not cooling performance. Use the instructions for the actual pack and evaluate the complete loaded package for the intended shipment. Final product specifications and supply terms remain subject to the selected sample and accepted order.
