Cirkla, Belmark and Ossid Announce a Resealable Fiber-Tray System
In a Cirkla-issued announcement dated 12 October 2026, Cirkla, Belmark and Ossid presented a system combining fiber trays, resealable lidding film and automated tray sealing for food applications. For buyers considering a primary-pack change, the separate purchasing question is whether the actual closed pack still fits the proposed outer insulated packaging.

The announcement has a defined scope
The release identifies fresh protein, produce and ready meals as applications. It is a supplier announcement about the combined system, not evidence that YUANEN supplies it or has validated its performance.
The suggestions below are editorial checks for the outer packaging decision. Obtain the primary-pack supplier’s exact tray and film specification and its applicable evidence separately. The cover depicts a generic tray and film form, not the announced companies’ product or a sealing test.
Measure the pack after closing it
Use the complete proposed food pack rather than an empty-tray catalogue dimension. Record its widest closed outline, height, rim projection and any film tab. Compare that sample with the insulated bag opening and internal space without treating nominal bag width as a guaranteed fit.
YUANEN’s published self-adhesive foil insulated bag is a flat foil-facing/EPE composite pouch with a peel-and-seal flap and heat-sealed edges. Its form is distinct from the rigid tray and its film lid. Ask for a pouch sample around the actual closed pack; do not infer a gusset, carrier handle or rigid support from an image.
Review insertion, removal and stacking together
With representative samples, agree an insertion and removal route that does not rely on pulling the tray by its film or forcing a projecting rim through the pouch mouth. Check where the pouch flap closes and whether it presses on a film tab. If either primary pack or pouch version changes, leave the fit decision open until the proposed combination is reviewed again.

Keep the two packaging functions separate
A primary lid’s resealing function does not demonstrate that an outer pouch is resealable, leakproof or thermally qualified. Nor does a changed tray prove an acceptable stacking load or transport result. Confirm the full intended pack, contents, handling and temperature conditions through the appropriate supplier and sample evaluation. No holding time, barrier value or load rating is established here.
For a YUANEN enquiry, send the closed tray dimensions, proposed pouch drawing, loading sequence and open fit questions. Specify who supplies the tray, film, pouch and any outer support. Confirm the sample and order scope in writing; this report adds no tray system, equipment or accessory to YUANEN’s supply commitment.
