Kraft Paper Insulated Delivery Bags
A made-to-order insulated carry bag with a kraft-paper exterior, a reflective inner layer, a broad flat base and short flat paper handles. Plan the open top and usable space around closed takeaway containers; confirm the full layer structure, handle attachment and load with a physical sample.
Confirm the selected product, materials, dimensions and supplied items when ordering. For customization, agree the sample, colour and artwork as applicable, and record the final specification in the written order.
Applications
Takeaway counters · grocery pickup · short local delivery
A made-to-order insulated carry bag with a kraft-paper exterior, a reflective inner layer, a broad flat base and short flat paper handles. Plan the open top and usable space around closed takeaway containers; confirm the full layer structure, handle attachment and load with a physical sample.
Start with closed containers and the handover route. Review loading through the open top, base support and carrying with a sample.

Materials & construction
Proposed kraft-paper exterior and reflective foil-facing interior; full layer composition and bonding to confirm by sample
Specify the paper exterior, any insulating middle layer, reflective interior, folded rim, gussets and paper-handle attachment together. Review the open top and print area during sampling.
- Measure closed containers and their filled weight; confirm useful width, depth, height, opening clearance and base support on a loaded sample.
- Confirm the exact paper grade, reflective layer, intermediate insulation, bonding, gusset and handle attachment before quotation. A silver appearance alone does not identify the liner material.

Product functions

Insulation structure
A specified composite construction helps limit heat exchange during handling.
Practical packing
Match the opening and usable space to the actual product container.
Brand customization
Agree dimensions, artwork and finishing against a sample.
Temperature range and retention time depend on the complete loaded system and test conditions. No untested hour or temperature rating is claimed.
Order quantities
Compare three order scenarios using the same approved specification. Quantity breaks are set in your written quotation for each size and artwork version.
Sample evaluation
Review material, dimensions, print and packing before placing a production order.
First production order
Confirm the minimum quantity for the selected material, size and artwork.
Volume & repeat orders
Request quantity breaks, packing efficiency and staged delivery options.
MOQ & pricing
A quote built around your specification.
- Minimum order
- Confirm by size, material and print version
- Unit price & currency
- Written quotation required
- Quantity breaks
- Based on your requested order quantities
Send size, quantity, material, artwork and destination. Ask for sample/setup charges, packaging, freight, delivery terms and quotation validity to be listed separately.

Schedule confirmed for your order
Sampling, manufacturing and transit are separate periods. The confirmed quotation should state the starting conditions and planned dispatch date; destination arrival also depends on transport and customs.
Dimensions
Specify usable space, not just the outside size.
Provide usable internal width × depth × height and the closed container dimensions. Allow clearance at the open top, base and handles; specify coolant separately if required.
Custom dimensions and tolerances are confirmed during sampling. Supply mm or inches consistently (1 in = 25.4 mm).
Width × Depth × Height
Export documentation
Agree the documentation required by the destination and the exact product construction before ordering. These are document categories to review, not a claim that a certificate has been issued.

Paper carrier pack-out planning
Start with the container
Supply the outside dimensions and filled weight of closed takeaway cartons or grocery items. Check that the wide opening, side gusset and flat base support the actual arrangement without crushing lids.
Specify the complete laminate
Agree the paper grade, any intermediate insulation, reflective inner surface, bonding and handle attachment as one construction. The design image cannot establish foil grade, thickness or wet-use behavior.
Sample the handling route
Use a loaded sample to assess hand carrying, base shape and the exposed open top. If a closure or coolant is required, develop and test that as a separately specified option.
Paper insulated bag buying questions
Is the bag made entirely of paper?
No such claim is made. The proposed design has a reflective inner layer. Confirm every material and any destination-market recycling or disposal statement against the finished sample.
Can it carry chilled groceries or ice cream?
It may be planned for closed products and short local handovers, but an open top does not seal the load. Specify the product, coolant if any, route and acceptance conditions, then test the complete pack-out.
Are the cartons and handles a rated capacity?
The carton is a visual prop and the handles are a proposed construction. Confirm handle attachment and safe working load on a physical sample; no capacity follows from the image.
Can the bag be printed?
Define the printable area, ink or finish and artwork on the chosen paper grade. Approve a printed sample before ordering; color and print method are not fixed by this visualization.
Prepare a custom sample brief
For a useful quotation, send closed-container dimensions, filled weight, expected quantity, paper and inner-layer requirements, desired print area, destination and the handling route. Ask YUANEN to confirm sample scope, materials, price and lead time in writing.
Compare the existing non-woven delivery bagWhat to confirm before production
Measure closed containers and their filled weight; confirm useful width, depth, height, opening clearance and base support on a loaded sample.
Confirm the exact paper grade, reflective layer, intermediate insulation, bonding, gusset and handle attachment before quotation. A silver appearance alone does not identify the liner material.
The illustrated bag has an open top. It is not a sealed shipping pack, and no temperature-holding time, load rating, food-contact status or recyclability is claimed without evidence.
A useful answer.
Is the illustrated kraft bag a tested, recyclable product?
The images present a custom design for sampling. The reflective lining may make the finished bag a mixed-material construction; paper appearance does not establish recyclability or performance. Confirm the actual material specification, destination-market disposal route and complete loaded-pack testing before making such claims.
What information is needed for a custom bag quote?
Share the bag type, usable dimensions, layer structure, quantity, artwork, delivery destination and target date. Include testing, compliance and packing requirements so quotations cover the same scope.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
