What to confirm before production

01

Specify base fabric GSM separately from the finished laminated weight. Include the film and print coverage in the quotation.

02

Define the filled load, handle length and reinforcement. Test the finished bag at the intended load.

03

Review fold lines, print registration and seam positions on a full-size sample.

BUYER’S QUESTION

A useful answer.

How is PP woven different from PP non-woven?

Woven PP is made from interlaced tapes; non-woven PP uses bonded fibers. Construction, coating, seams and handles affect the finished bag. A material name alone does not establish load capacity or reusability.

What information is needed for a custom bag quote?

Share the bag type, usable dimensions, layer structure, quantity, artwork, delivery destination and target date. Include testing, compliance and packing requirements so quotations cover the same scope.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
