What to confirm before production

01

Request fiber composition and the recycled percentage for each layer, including any lamination.

02

Agree on GSM, stiffness, seam method and ribbon or webbing handles.

03

Match any certification claim to valid documents covering the supplier, material and transaction.

BUYER’S QUESTION

A useful answer.

Does RPET automatically mean a certified recycled bag?

No. RPET describes recycled PET, not a certification status. Confirm the actual recycled percentage, the scope of supporting certificates and any transaction documents before using a certification label.

What information is needed for a custom bag quote?

Share the bag type, usable dimensions, layer structure, quantity, artwork, delivery destination and target date. Include testing, compliance and packing requirements so quotations cover the same scope.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
