Prepare the Files Behind a Custom Bag Print Proof
A screen preview lets someone see the design; it does not reveal whether the underlying artwork can be prepared for the selected bag. For a custom insulated bag enquiry, send the available original design and a readable preview together, then ask which production files and layout the chosen order method requires. Keep unresolved file questions open until the supplier confirms them.
Give the source and preview different jobs
Provide the original editable artwork where available, with its filename and revision. Include the fonts or outlined lettering and linked images needed to reproduce the intended design, subject to the agreed file requirements and your right to share them. A file extension alone does not establish that every element is editable or that the file is accepted for production.
Add a preview showing the intended complete design so missing lettering, images or substitutions can be noticed. Identify the bag face, requested physical print width and height, and placement relative to the bag drawing. Enlarging a screenshot does not recover the original design information. Ask for the selected bag’s usable print area rather than choosing a generic margin or resolution.
Choose the order route before approving the layout
YUANEN’s current customization options distinguish existing-size self-seal non-woven delivery bags from fully custom production. Existing-size screen printing uses one print colour for both sides within the available print area. Existing-size digital printing allows full-bag artwork in one or multiple colours. Neither existing-size route provides custom dimensions. These statements describe that bag family and order route, not every insulated bag.
Both existing-size printing routes use digital artwork approval; a physical custom sample is not provided. Fully custom orders offer paid digital-print samples, whose colour and finish may differ from bulk production. Record which review is actually available. A digital layout approval cannot stand in for a physical print comparison that was never supplied.
Release one identified file set
Keep the source revision, preview revision, selected bag/order method and agreed layout together. Mark which file supersedes the previous one, and have the approving party check the same revision that will be used for preparation. If the size, wording, image or bag route changes, return the affected layout for confirmation instead of silently replacing a file after approval.
File preparation is not a colour, material or performance test. Confirm accepted formats, artwork assistance, printing scope, fees and the applicable sample terms for the particular enquiry. Do not infer production readiness, thermal duration or certification from a proof.
