Choose Drink Packaging Around the Return Workflow

A drink carrier bag can remain with the customer or return with the delivery team. Decide that handover before choosing a closure or asking for quantities. YUANEN’s catalog offers lightweight self-seal non-woven milk-tea bags and a separate top-opening beverage-carrier proposal. They support different packing arrangements, but their shape alone does not establish a service life, an environmental benefit or a successful return system.

Write the handover for each delivery route

For an order whose outer bag stays with the recipient, specify who packs the lidded cups, closes the self-seal flap and hands over the complete package. Review the actual bonded handles, gussets and flap with a sample. A self-seal closure does not establish how it will perform after opening or whether it can be closed again.

  • Recipient-kept route: packer ___; handover point ___; person opening the outer bag ___; responsibility after delivery ___; closure sample reference ___.
  • Team-return route: carrier custodian ___; cup-removal point ___; return owner ___; collection location ___; return timing to be agreed ___.

Keep cup handover separate from bag return

For the team-return route, decide whether the carrier stays with the driver while cups are removed or is left at a receiving point for later collection. Review access and carrying balance in that actual arrangement. The current teal carrier proposal has a top zipper, short handles, non-woven outer fabric and aluminum foil lining. Its removable textile divider is a proposed custom option to confirm, not an automatically included accessory.

  • Handover record: order reference ___; carrier reference ___; cups removed by ___; bag returned to ___; missing or delayed return recorded by ___.

Assign inspection and preparation before the next trip

Name the person who receives returned carriers, checks their condition and follows the agreed cleaning and drying instructions. Keep bags awaiting assessment separate from those cleared for the next use under your procedure. Ask the supplier to confirm methods for the actual lining, seams and any divider. Do not assume machine washing, waterproof construction, a fixed number of cleaning cycles or a validated hygiene result.

  • Preparation record: receiving owner ___; inspection decision ___; agreed instructions/version ___; drying and storage owner ___; release for next use ___; sample issues to review ___.

Quote against the workflow you can operate

Send YUANEN the closed cup dimensions, packing arrangement, handover record, return plan if applicable, sample references, order quantity and destination. Distinguish carriers in delivery, at receiving points and awaiting preparation when estimating your own circulation needs. Use observed turnaround and loss records if available; this guide supplies no bag-to-order ratio, savings estimate or return-rate assumption.

Confirm closure, handle attachment, loaded fit and any proposed divider by sample and written specification. Assess the complete temperature-control arrangement separately. The cover shows a closed carrier; it does not document a return trial, a manufactured order or tested reuse performance.
