Insulated Beverage Delivery Bags with Cup Dividers
A made-to-order petrol-teal, top-opening beverage bag with body-mounted handles and a removable padded cup-divider insert. Plan the cell layout around your filled cups and lids, then check loading, closure and carrying balance with a sample.
Confirm the selected product, materials, dimensions and supplied items when ordering. For customization, agree the sample, colour and artwork as applicable, and record the final specification in the written order.

Materials & construction
Non-woven outer fabric and aluminum foil lining; insulation specification and thickness confirmed by sample
Specify the outer fabric, insulating layer, lining, handle attachment and closure as one construction. Review print area, edging and assembly details during sampling.
- Measure cup bases, widest lids and filled height; check finger access and closure clearance.
- Review the proposed divider, base support and handle balance with filled cups in a sample.

Product functions

Insulation structure
A specified composite construction helps limit heat exchange during handling.
Practical packing
Match the opening and usable space to the actual product container.
Brand customization
Agree dimensions, artwork and finishing against a sample.
Temperature range and retention time depend on the complete loaded system and test conditions. No untested hour or temperature rating is claimed.
Order quantities
Compare three order scenarios using the same approved specification. Quantity breaks are set in your written quotation for each size and artwork version.
Sample evaluation
Review material, dimensions, print and packing before placing a production order.
First production order
Confirm the minimum quantity for the selected material, size and artwork.
Volume & repeat orders

MOQ & pricing
A quote built around your specification.
- Minimum order
- Confirm by size, material and print version
- Unit price & currency
- Written quotation required
- Quantity breaks

Schedule confirmed for your order
Sampling, manufacturing and transit are separate periods. The confirmed quotation should state the starting conditions and planned dispatch date; destination arrival also depends on transport and customs.
Dimensions
Specify usable space, not just the outside size.
Provide width × depth × height and mark internal or external dimensions. Allow space for coolant, the closure and loading clearance. For flat pouches, specify width, usable height and flap separately.
Custom dimensions and tolerances are confirmed during sampling. Supply mm or inches consistently (1 in = 25.4 mm).

Export documentation
Agree the documentation required by the destination and the exact product construction before ordering. These are document categories to review, not a claim that a certificate has been issued.

Cup layout and divider selection
Match the cells to the actual cups
Measure the cup base, widest lid and filled height for every drink format, including any sleeves. The proposed textile grid separates upright cups; its cell spacing, height and attachment need sample review. Leave enough room to grip a cup by its body without pressing neighbouring lids. Six illustrated cells are a layout example, not a tested capacity.
Review opening, closure and carrying together
The proposed rear-hinged top opens above the cups for vertical loading and removal. Check lid clearance before zipping the bag. Test the base, divider movement and two body-mounted handles with the intended filled load. A textile divider can organise cups but does not establish a spillproof system; the lids and handling method also matter.
Specify the liner and divider as part of the order
Agree the outer fabric, insulation, contact liner, divider material and whether the removable insert is included. Review how drink residue can be cleaned from the liner, seams and insert using the approved care method. Plan hot and cold orders separately; a divider is not a verified thermal barrier. Confirm artwork position on the selected fabric and quote against the approved sample.
Beverage bag order questions
Does the picture mean it holds any six drinks?
No. Cup diameter, lids, sleeves and height change the usable layout. The six-cell illustration is a proposed arrangement. Confirm the intended cup formats, filled weight and closure in a sample before agreeing a capacity.
Are the divider and drink cups included?
The cups are display props and are not included. The removable divider is a proposed component; state whether the quotation should cover the bag with the insert, the bag alone or replacement inserts.
Can it prevent every spill or carry hot and cold drinks together?
Neither claim is established by the design image. Review fitted cup lids, upright handling and the complete delivery conditions. Plan hot and cold loads separately unless testing supports a different arrangement; the divider is not a temperature-controlled partition.
Can the bag and insert be washed?
Agree the cleaning method for the final fabric, liner, seams and insert. Do not assume machine washing, soaking or waterproof seams. Check cleaning and drying on the approved sample before repeated service.
Prepare your sample enquiry
Send cup and lid dimensions, planned cup layout, filled weight, delivery conditions, required quantities, artwork and destination. List the bag, divider and any replacement inserts separately. MOQ, price and lead time are confirmed against the agreed construction and sample.
Thermal duration, load capacity, cleaning durability and resistance to tipping or leakage require tests of the complete filled arrangement. Generated illustrations do not verify these results.
Compare lightweight milk-tea packagingWhat to confirm before production
Measure cup bases, widest lids and filled height; check finger access and closure clearance.
Review the proposed divider, base support and handle balance with filled cups in a sample.
Illustrated cup count is not rated capacity. Confirm divider supply separately; no spillproof or thermal-duration claim is made.
A useful answer.
Is this the same as a lightweight milk-tea packaging bag?
No. This proposal uses a non-woven tote and a removable cup-cell insert for organised multi-cup delivery. The existing lightweight self-seal drink bag is a different packaging format. Choose according to cup layout, carrying conditions and whether repeated use is required.
What information is needed for a custom bag quote?
Share the bag type, usable dimensions, layer structure, quantity, artwork, delivery destination and target date. Include testing, compliance and packing requirements so quotations cover the same scope.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
