Size Your Ice Cream Delivery Bag Around the Tub and Refrigerant

YUANEN’s cylindrical ice cream carrier proposal has a round zip lid, body-mounted handles and one compartment. Its usable diameter must accommodate the closed tub together with the selected refrigerant. A litre label or the bag’s outside diameter cannot answer that fit question. Use the following record to compare sample arrangements before confirming the order.

Measure the lid and the loaded tub together

Close the actual tub and measure its widest outside diameter, including the lid rim or retaining band. Record the total closed height and filled weight. Mark the intended upright orientation on a photo. If you use more than one tub format, keep a separate record for each; equal stated volume does not establish equal outside dimensions.

Allocate space for the prepared refrigerant

Specify the refrigerant separately for the required temperature range. Record its dimensions after the supplier’s agreed conditioning procedure, its intended position and any separation layer. Check the complete arrangement in the round compartment, including the area below the lid. Do not derive usable diameter by subtracting an assumed layer thickness from the outside size; seams and the loaded shape also affect the space.

Check the narrowest opening and vertical removal

Open the sample lid as intended for packing. Lower the closed tub without forcing its rim against the zipper or stretching the bag. Place the agreed refrigerant, then close the lid without pressing on the tub cap. Reopen it and check whether fingers can reach the tub and lift it out upright. Record any position where the rim catches, the refrigerant shifts or the lid needs pressure to close. A wider body alone may not solve a restrictive opening.

Keep a record for each sample arrangement

Use the same tub and preparation conditions when comparing samples. The following fields make a fit decision traceable without inventing a universal clearance allowance.

  • Tub reference: widest closed diameter, closed height, filled weight and orientation.
  • Refrigerant reference: conditioning procedure, prepared dimensions, placement and separation.
  • Bag sample: usable diameter and height, narrowest opening, lid closure and upright removal observations.
  • Handling check: base support, seams and balance using the body-mounted handles; record defects and revisions.

Approve frozen performance in a separate trial

The current proposal uses a non-woven exterior and aluminum foil lining; insulation details require sample confirmation. Neither that construction nor a successful fit establishes frozen holding time. Define starting temperature, required range, route duration, ambient exposure, opening events and measurement locations for a complete loaded trial. A blue coolant prop in an illustration does not identify a refrigerant suitable for frozen ice cream. This guide gives no fixed pack count, temperature rating or dry-ice suitability.

Send YUANEN the completed fit record, photos, required quantity, artwork and destination. Ask the quotation to identify the bag sample version and list any tub or refrigerant supply separately. The cylindrical design, dimensions, carrying requirements and acceptance method need written confirmation before production.
