Insulated Ice Cream Delivery Bags for Tub Pack-outs
A made-to-order plum-purple cylindrical carrier with a round zip lid and two body-mounted handles. Plan the usable compartment around a closed ice cream tub and the separately selected refrigerant, then confirm loading, closure and carrying with a sample.
Confirm the selected product, materials, dimensions and supplied items when ordering. For customization, agree the sample, colour and artwork as applicable, and record the final specification in the written order.
Applications
Ice cream shops · closed tub takeaway · planned last-mile pack-outs

Materials & construction
Non-woven outer fabric and aluminum foil lining; insulation specification and thickness confirmed by sample
Specify the outer fabric, insulating layer, lining, handle attachment and closure as one construction. Review print area, edging and assembly details during sampling.
- Measure the tub at its widest rim and lid, including the filled height; reserve space for refrigerant and vertical removal.
- The round body, lid and handle arrangement are proposed. Confirm seams, base support and carrying balance with a loaded sample.

Product functions

Insulation structure
A specified composite construction helps limit heat exchange during handling.
Practical packing
Match the opening and usable space to the actual product container.
Brand customization
Agree dimensions, artwork and finishing against a sample.
Temperature range and retention time depend on the complete loaded system and test conditions. No untested hour or temperature rating is claimed.
Order quantities
Compare three order scenarios using the same approved specification. Quantity breaks are set in your written quotation for each size and artwork version.
Sample evaluation
Review material, dimensions, print and packing before placing a production order.
First production order
Confirm the minimum quantity for the selected material, size and artwork.
Volume & repeat orders
Request quantity breaks, packing efficiency and staged delivery options.
MOQ & pricing
A quote built around your specification.
- Minimum order
- Confirm by size, material and print version
- Unit price & currency
- Written quotation required
- Quantity breaks
- Based on your requested order quantities
Send size, quantity, material, artwork and destination. Ask for sample/setup charges, packaging, freight, delivery terms and quotation validity to be listed separately.

Sampling, manufacturing and transit are separate periods. The confirmed quotation should state the starting conditions and planned dispatch date; destination arrival also depends on transport and customs.
Dimensions
Specify usable space, not just the outside size.
Specify usable internal diameter and height, the circular opening clearance and outside dimensions separately. Measure the closed tub at its widest point and reserve the agreed refrigerant space.
Custom dimensions and tolerances are confirmed during sampling. Supply mm or inches consistently (1 in = 25.4 mm).
Usable diameter × height
Export documentation
Agree the documentation required by the destination and the exact product construction before ordering. These are document categories to review, not a claim that a certificate has been issued.

Tub fit and frozen pack-out planning
Fit the closed tub
Use the outside diameter at the widest rim and the total height with the lid fitted. Check that fingers can reach the tub without forcing the lid or rubbing the zipper.
Allocate refrigerant space
Specify refrigerant separately for the required frozen temperature range. Check its conditioned dimensions, placement and separation from the tub. The illustration does not specify a refrigerant or its quantity.
Verify the complete delivery arrangement
Test the selected carrier, closed tub and refrigerant together under the intended route conditions. Record product temperature and opening events; approve the sample against your acceptance criteria.
Ice cream carrier order questions
Is the round carrier a stocked, tested model?
It is a custom design proposal informed by the existing fabric cooler range. The cylindrical body and round lid require sample confirmation. Images do not establish stock availability, load rating or thermal performance.
Are the tub and refrigerant included?
They are display props. Confirm any supplied refrigerant or container separately in the written quotation; the illustrated tub does not define rated capacity.
Can it carry several cups instead of a tub?
Share the filled cup and lid dimensions and the intended arrangement. A multi-cup layout needs its own sample fit and handling review. This illustration has one undivided compartment and does not establish cup separation or spill resistance.
How are size, branding and order terms determined?
Agree the pack-out and sample construction first, including usable diameter, height, closure clearance and handle position. Colour, print area, quantity, price and lead time are then confirmed by written quotation.
Prepare your sample enquiry
For a sample enquiry, send the closed tub dimensions, filled weight, required temperature range, refrigerant proposal, delivery conditions and branding artwork. If the pack-out is undecided, use the sample stage to compare arrangements before fixing order specifications.
Insulation slows heat exchange; it does not supply refrigeration. No dry-ice suitability, food-contact certification or fixed cold-holding claim is made for this proposed construction.
Compare the existing square zip coolerWhat to confirm before production
Measure the tub at its widest rim and lid, including the filled height; reserve space for refrigerant and vertical removal.
The round body, lid and handle arrangement are proposed. Confirm seams, base support and carrying balance with a loaded sample.
No fixed frozen temperature, holding time or rated capacity is stated. Select refrigerant for the required temperature range and test the complete pack-out.
A useful answer.
Will this bag keep ice cream frozen by itself?
The carrier is a passive insulation proposal, not an active freezer. Frozen performance depends on starting temperature, refrigerant type and conditioning, load, ambient exposure and delivery duration. A pictured blue coolant pack is a prop, not evidence that it is suitable for frozen ice cream. Confirm the complete arrangement through testing.
What information is needed for a custom bag quote?
Share the bag type, usable dimensions, layer structure, quantity, artwork, delivery destination and target date. Include testing, compliance and packing requirements so quotations cover the same scope.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
