ACR Announces Acquisition of Molded-Fiber Supplier Ultra Green
ACR announced its acquisition of Ultra Green Packaging on 20 October 2026. Its release identifies molded-fiber pizza trays, sushi trays and bakeware, and links the acquisition to its PrimeWare range and grocery and retail customers.
Keep the transaction separate from product approval
This is a company acquisition announcement, not a specification update for every tray. It does not show that an existing buyer’s item, price or delivery conditions have changed. For a particular purchase, ask the supplying party to confirm the exact item and any documented change.
Identify the tray and lid as one packing version
The following is YUANEN editorial purchasing guidance. If a supplier proposes another tray material, rim or lid, keep the previous and proposed item references together. Record the closed package dimensions, rim or clip projections, intended contents and proposed stacking arrangement. Do not assume that a similar material name preserves the same packing geometry.
Ask which item-specific documents apply to the proposed tray and lid. A portfolio description does not establish the same environmental or contact-use evidence for every component. Keep unresolved claims outside the order specification until the responsible supplier identifies their scope.
Recheck the front-opening carrier around the closed package
YUANEN’s current catering-carrier proposal has a fold-down front, short side grips, a nonwoven exterior and aluminium-foil lining. Actual tray fit, carrying load and thermal performance require sample confirmation. A tray shown in its images is a prop, not an included or rated tray specification.
For a changed primary package, compare closed-container entry, level placement and removal, clearance around projections and space for the planned coolant. Review the actual stack and handling arrangement; dimensional fit alone does not demonstrate leak control, carrying strength or temperature performance.

Confirm the supply relationship and sample scope
Send YUANEN the proposed closed-package version and packing record when discussing a carrier. Confirm sample and order terms separately. The acquisition announcement does not establish a partnership with YUANEN, availability of those trays from YUANEN, or a change to YUANEN’s existing product offer.
