Name the purchasing stage before specifying a material

Holmen says the addition extends its Incada family with a laminated construction combining multiple fiber layers. The post describes thickness and shelf presence as intended benefits. It does not provide a finished delivery-bag specification or establish that a particular converted carton has passed a buyer’s acceptance checks.

For a packaging brief, identify whether the quotation concerns board, a converted carton or an outer carrier. Each calls for a different sample or drawing. The questions below are purchasing suggestions, rather than additional Incada Duo specifications.

• Board: which named grade and sheet specification is being offered to the converter?
• Carton: which finished drawing and folded sample represent the proposed package?
• Carrier: which complete bag construction and packed-use sample are being quoted?

A paper insulated carrier remains a separate specification

YUANEN’s published paper insulated delivery bag is a proposed custom design with a kraft exterior, a reflective inner layer of still-unconfirmed complete composition, an open top, a broad base and short paper handles. It is a carrier proposal for closed food containers. Those features do not establish that it uses Incada Duo, that YUANEN supplies this board, or that board lamination provides a thermal result for the bag.

If the project needs an outer carrier, send the actual closed-container format and the proposed bag requirements as a separate enquiry. If it needs a converted carton, obtain the relevant carton specification from its supplier. Keep both scopes visible instead of carrying a sheet-material description into a finished-bag order. Actual materials, supplied items and any performance remain subject to documents, the agreed sample and order confirmation.
