Smurfit Westrock Details Allende’s Integrated Bottle-and-Glass Pack

Smurfit Westrock’s 22 October 2026 case study describes a special-edition pack for Mexico’s Cervecería Allende: four beer varieties and two glasses, with bottle dividers and glass holders formed from one corrugated piece. This is the case publication date; the product launch date is not stated.

Internal separation and outer carrying need different evidence

For packaging buyers, the useful distinction is between the assembled structure that locates each item and a separate outer carrier. A paper material name or a flat base alone does not specify how bottles and glasses stay apart. Request the complete assembled pack before judging an outer bag’s fit.

Treat assembly, insertion and lifting as separate sample checks. Record protruding edges, the loaded outline and the places a hand needs to reach. An outer bag enquiry should use that assembled envelope rather than adding nominal bottle dimensions and assuming the result will fit.

YUANEN’s current paper bag is a different approved scope

YUANEN’s published paper insulated delivery bag is an open-top custom proposal with a kraft-paper exterior, reflective inner facing, wide flat base and two short flat paper handles. Its stated use is carrying closed takeaway containers. The complete layer specification, size and handling requirements remain subject to the order and sample.

That page does not approve a bottle-and-glass carrier or the dividers in this case study. If the proposed load changes, identify it as a new application to assess before ordering. Do not treat the existing base, handles or reflective facing as proof of glass separation, carrying capacity or protection against breakage.

Ask for the assembled pack and define who supplies it

For an enquiry, send the closed assembled primary pack, its loaded dimensions and mass, and the intended hand-carrying sequence. Specify whether an existing outer bag is being assessed or a different structure is requested. Confirm fit, loading, handle access and handling through an agreed sample; do not add internal partitions to the supplied scope by assumption.

The manufacturer’s homepage dates the case to 22 October; Allende’s own company page establishes its Mexican location. No YUANEN partnership, production of this structure, independent load test or thermal result is claimed. The generic empty divider tray in the cover is not the reported pack or a YUANEN sample. Actual supply follows the order and agreed sample.
