What to confirm before production
Confirm whether the felt is polyester, wool or a blend; thickness does not identify its composition.
Check pilling, edge shedding and stitch appearance on the chosen colour.
For sleeves, specify internal clearance and closure protection; do not infer impact protection from thickness.

No. Felt can use different fibers, including polyester and wool. Ask for the actual composition and care instructions, especially when fiber labeling or washing requirements matter.
What information is needed for a custom bag quote?
Share the bag type, usable dimensions, layer structure, quantity, artwork, delivery destination and target date. Include testing, compliance and packing requirements so quotations cover the same scope.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
