Box liners & thermal covers
Compare box liners, pallet covers and front-opening roll cage covers. Specify the handling unit, access, measurement boundaries and clearance for moving components.
Which format should you choose?
Choose a box liner for the inside of a separately specified outer container. Choose a pallet hood for the top and sides of a stable pallet load. The open-bottom hood is not a lifting device or load restraint. For a wheeled roll cage, choose a front-opening cage cover with wheel and brake clearance. None replaces required refrigerated storage or transport.

| Product | Typical use | First detail to check |
|---|---|---|
| Foil insulated box liners | Outer-box lining · Packaged food shipments · Coolant pairing | Measure the usable interior of the actual outer box, including lid steps or corner profiles, before choosing the liner dimensions. |
| Insulated pallet cover | Palletized food shipments · warehouse handovers · short transfer stages | Measure the widest loaded footprint, including overhang, and height above the pallet deck. Confirm fitting clearance and unobstructed fork access. |
| Insulated roll cage cover | Retail replenishment · distribution handovers · roll cage wrapping | Measure the maximum cage envelope, including hinges and projecting fittings. Define covered height from the deck, excluding wheels, and allow access to brakes and safe push points. |
