Insulated Roll Cage Covers
Flexible insulated covers for wheeled roll cages used in retail replenishment and distribution handovers. A top-attached front curtain opens for loading and overlaps the side closures when shut; the lower hem is fitted above the castors. Confirm the cage envelope, access and laminate with a sample.
Confirm the selected product, materials, dimensions and supplied items when ordering. For customization, agree the sample, colour and artwork as applicable, and record the final specification in the written order.
Applications
Fit the cover around the working cage
For store replenishment and short distribution handovers, open the front curtain before accessing cartons. Keep the cage stationary and secured during loading. Fold the curtain clear of the access path, and confirm a safe push point on the cage. Do not pull or lift a loaded cage by the cover. Required refrigeration and load restraint remain part of the handling process.

Dimensions
Measure the frame, projections and wheel clearance
State maximum external width W and depth D, including hinges and handles, with units. Define covered height H from the top of the base deck to the top of the cage, excluding the castors. Record opening width, brake positions and any overhanging load separately. The image defines measurement directions, not standard dimensions; fitting allowance is confirmed separately.

Materials & construction
Check the laminate and closure together
The pictured construction uses a flexible silver reflective laminate with black bound edges and hook-and-loop front overlaps. Confirm foil or metallized facing, core material, inner face and joining method with the sample. Edge binding is not a waterproof certification. Repeated closure, cleaning compatibility and any required reports must cover the supplied construction.

Handling & storage
Keep the hem clear of moving components
Confirm hem height with the cage standing on its castors. Check full wheel swivel, brake operation and door movement without catching the cover. The cage bears the cargo; the cover must not become a restraint or lifting accessory. Remove the cover before folding for storage; check the laminate at fold lines before reuse. Remove damaged covers from use and agree repair or replacement criteria.

What to confirm before production
Measure the maximum cage envelope, including hinges and projecting fittings. Define covered height from the deck, excluding wheels, and allow access to brakes and safe push points.
Confirm facing composition, insulation core, seams and front closure through sample review. The cover does not restrain cargo or support its weight; the cage and load restraint must do that.
Validate the complete loaded cage on the intended route. No fixed temperature range, hold time, cleaning life or certification is established by the images. The cage and cartons are display props.
A useful answer.
How does this differ from an insulated pallet cover?
A roll cage cover fits a wheeled frame and provides a front curtain for repeated loading access while clearing castors and brakes. A pallet cover fits a palletized load. Fit, access and closure must be specified for the actual handling unit; the two forms are not interchangeable by height alone.
What should a cage-cover enquiry include?
Send cage model, maximum external dimensions, front access, castor and brake positions, laminate requirements, quantity and destination. Confirm the fitted sample before production.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
