Insulated Pallet Covers
Five-sided covers for palletized goods, with a closed top, four sides and an open bottom. Customize the cover around the loaded pallet dimensions and handling requirements. Material layers, fitting clearance and seams are confirmed with a sample before ordering.
Confirm the selected product, materials, dimensions and supplied items when ordering. For customization, agree the sample, colour and artwork as applicable, and record the final specification in the written order.
Applications
Plan a defined handover stage
For receiving bays, warehouse handovers and short transfers, define when the hood goes on and comes off, how long the load is exposed and whether overhead space allows top-down fitting. Keep required refrigerated storage and transport in place; validate the complete loaded setup against the route before use.

Dimensions
Measure the loaded pallet, not only the pallet base
Record maximum width × depth × height above the pallet deck, including carton bulge, wrapping and overhang. Agree usable inner dimensions and fitting allowance separately. Check installation space above the load and the lower-edge position. Do not infer stock size, thickness or capacity from these images.
W = maximum load width · D = maximum load depth · H = height above the pallet deck (pallet height excluded). Include wrapping and overhang; fitting allowance is agreed separately.

Materials & construction
Confirm the laminate and full-size joins
The foil-faced flexible foam option combines a silver outer face with a white foam layer. Confirm composition, thickness, panel width, seam overlap and joining method together. Approve the full-size corner and seam details with a physical sample.

Product functions
Five covered faces, an open bottom
The cover fits over the top and four sides of the load, leaving the bottom open. Position the lower edge at the pallet deck to keep fork access clear. This configuration has no base pad, zipper, access door, handles or securing straps. Lift only the cover when removing it; never use it to lift the goods.
- Check that the load is stable, its corners will not snag the cover and there is enough overhead clearance.
- Unfold the hood, align its corners and lower it evenly without pulling on the laminate. Keep the lower edge clear of fork openings.
- Remove the cover before accessing the cartons. Check for damage before folding; decide any further use from its condition and the agreed specification.

Order quantities
State the number of full-size trial covers, intended production quantity and how many load sizes are required. Confirm whether each size needs a separate sample and whether pallet and cartons are supplied by the buyer. Props in these images are not included by default.
Sample evaluation
Review material, dimensions, print and packing before placing a production order.
First production order
Confirm the minimum quantity for the selected material, size and artwork.
Volume & repeat orders
Request quantity breaks, packing efficiency and staged delivery options.
MOQ & pricing
A quote built around your specification.
- Minimum order
- Confirm by size, material and print version
- Unit price & currency
- Written quotation required
- Quantity breaks
- Based on your requested order quantities
MOQ and unit price depend on the confirmed specification. Supply load dimensions, laminate requirements, quantity, artwork if needed, packing method and destination. Ask for separate sample, production and freight costs in a written quotation.

Schedule confirmed for your order
Sampling, construction changes, production and transit are separate stages. Confirm their timing with the quotation after material availability and sample acceptance. Dispatch and arrival dates are confirmed in the order schedule.
Export documentation
Agree the material specification, approved sample reference, commercial invoice and packing list for the order. Thermal, handling and destination-market evidence must cover the actual laminate and loaded setup. Food-contact, pharmaceutical, waterproofing and recycling requirements need separate review of the applicable documents and tests.

What to confirm before production
Measure the widest loaded footprint, including overhang, and height above the pallet deck. Confirm fitting clearance and unobstructed fork access.
Confirm laminate layers, edge joining, lower hem and dimensional tolerances with a full-size sample.
The open-bottom hood is not load restraint, a lifting aid or a validated temperature-controlled shipper. Test the complete shipment against the agreed route.
Pallet cover questions
Does this cover replace refrigerated transport?
Do not replace required refrigerated transport with the cover. Temperature range and holding duration depend on the complete shipment, ambient conditions and transfer time and must be validated for the agreed route.
What information is needed for a custom bag quote?
Share the bag type, usable dimensions, layer structure, quantity, artwork, delivery destination and target date. Include testing, compliance and packing requirements so quotations cover the same scope.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
