Foil Bubble Insulation Rolls
Foil-faced insulated bubble wrap combining a reflective facing with formed air cells, supplied in rolls for cutting and wrapping secondary packaging. Choose rolls or cut sheets around your packing workflow, and confirm the bubble structure, facing and usable dimensions with a sample.
Confirm the selected product, materials, dimensions and supplied items when ordering. For customization, agree the sample, colour and artwork as applicable, and record the final specification in the written order.
Applications
Build the wrap around the closed package
For variable pack sizes, unwind and cut the required length; for repeated packs, agree pre-cut sheets. Trial corner folds and overlap without crushing the cells. Keep goods in suitable primary packaging. Boxes, tape and measuring tools shown are not supplied by default. This wrap does not replace required refrigeration or transit protection.

Dimensions
State usable web width and cut length
Record width W and roll length L in metres, and laminate thickness T in millimetres using an agreed low-pressure method. Bubble diameter, cell arrangement, edge trim, core bore and roll diameter are separate specifications. For sheets, state width × length with units and cutting tolerance. The measuring image identifies the width direction; it does not declare a standard size.

Materials & construction
Check the air cells and reflective facing separately
The gallery shows a reflective face with a translucent bubble reverse. Confirm whether the facing is aluminium foil or metallized film, the polymer specification, bubble arrangement and bonding. Check sample edges for separation and cells for damage. Do not infer a barrier rating, fire classification, recycled content or food-contact declaration from the appearance.

Cutting & handling
Inspect cut edges and cell condition
Support the roll before unwinding, then cut on a suitable surface without excessive tension. Agree the condition allowed at cut edges and how splices are identified. Avoid sharp objects and sustained compression during storage. Validate handling, cushioning and thermal behaviour with the complete packaging; this is not EPE foam and should not inherit its specifications.

Order quantities
State sample, first-order and repeat quantities in rolls or sheets. Keep the same agreed bubble laminate and dimensions when comparing prices.
Sample evaluation
Review material, dimensions, print and packing before placing a production order.
First production order
Confirm the minimum quantity for the selected material, size and artwork.
Volume & repeat orders
Request quantity breaks, packing efficiency and staged delivery options.
MOQ & price
A quote built around your specification.
- Minimum order
- Confirm by size, material and print version
- Unit price & currency
- Written quotation required

What to confirm before production
Specify the bubble construction and facing separately. A silver appearance does not identify aluminium foil versus metallized film, nor the layer count.
Confirm usable width, roll length or sheet dimensions, thickness measurement method, core and splice limits. State quantity in rolls or sheets.
Check puncture, cell condition and the complete pack on the intended route. No fixed cooling duration, cushioning rating or direct food-contact suitability is established by the images.
A useful answer.
How does foil bubble insulation differ from EPE foam roll?
Bubble roll uses formed air cells; EPE roll uses a foam substrate. Their thickness measurement, edge behaviour and response to compression differ. Select the construction through sample handling and complete-pack trials, not silver colour or assumed performance.
What should a bubble-roll quotation include?
State rolls or sheets, usable width, length, agreed thickness method, bubble construction, facing composition, quantity unit and destination. Confirm core, splices and cut tolerances with the sample.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the product, material, artwork and production schedule. Confirm both against your exact specification; the published capacity figure is not a delivery-time commitment for an individual order.
